New Facilities Added to Company Campus – 10 Self-produced Charging Piles Put into Operation, Available for Employees via QR Code Scan
2025-11-14

As the new year begins, employees of Changzhou Green have received a tangible "work start gift". On January 25, 2026, a batch of newly-offline EV charging piles from the company’s production workshop were officially installed in the factory campus, with a total of 10 units. From now on, employees can conveniently charge their electric vehicles by scanning a QR code during working hours, putting an end to the trouble of searching for charging piles everywhere.
With the popularization of new energy vehicles, a growing number of Green employees choose electric vehicles as their daily commute transport. However, inconvenient charging and range anxiety have long been common practical concerns. To effectively address this pain point, the company’s management made a prompt decision after learning about employees’ needs. Ten newly manufactured charging piles were allocated and prioritized for installation within the campus for internal staff use.
On the morning of January 25, the 10 brand-new charging piles were fully installed, debugged and officially put into service in the dedicated parking area of the campus. Featuring simple operation, the charging piles can be activated by employees simply scanning the QR code on the equipment, with automatic payment settlement upon charging completion. Whether charging after arriving at work or replenishing power during lunch breaks, it enables a hassle-free experience of "charging right after parking and getting fully charged before leaving". One of the first employees to experience the service shared excitedly: "I used to worry about battery levels on my daily commute and even had to queue up at public charging stations halfway. Now I can charge my car right at the company, which is extremely convenient and saves me from the fear of running out of power."
It is worth noting that these charging piles are independently researched, developed and manufactured by Green Lighting. Founded in 2002, Changzhou Green has focused on the lighting and electrical industry for over two decades. In recent years, the company has actively expanded into the charging pile sector. Leveraging mature technical expertise and efficient design capabilities, it has developed a full range of standard and customized charging pile products, which are sold to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and other global markets. The installation of self-produced charging piles in its own campus not only substantially improves employee benefits, but also serves as a practical trial and confidence demonstration of the company’s product quality.
"Employees are the most valuable asset of an enterprise. Through this small initiative, we aim to convey the company’s care for our staff and advocate green and low-carbon travel. Moving forward, we will continue to pay close attention to employees’ practical needs and enhance their sense of belonging and well-being in every detail." From serving global customers to benefiting internal employees, Changzhou Green has written a warm and down-to-earth corporate story in the new year with these 10 charging piles.
